Look around you, everyone who got it quickly in their beginning, always gets to be empty at the end.

Look around you, our young vibrant career people are loosing it, in the name of trying new things, and totally, gradually abandoning what they have become over the years.

Look around you, every young man wants to have the latest ride, and want to be seen in the biggest club house.

Stay away from people who lack patience, people who always wants it urgently, stay clear from people who’s road has no enterprise, those who have no business going on, but want to move very fast.

Avoid easy things, avoid anything that tend to come in forms of fast and enabling, I will be specific, avoid so much use of Ai, you are gradually d5maging your.

You can’t afford to be in that wealthy position you are not prepared for, I promise you, you can’t afford to be the wealthy without an enterprise. You won’t like to live your whole life in regret.

Hmmmm, I have seen things and observed experience from childhood till this day, I’m okey by the grace of God, I can trace every of my single steps of success, cus I decided to do just one thing and stay in it no matter what the end result becomes, and I’m very happy today.

I have seen people who sold shovels and those who dig gold’s in a gold rush, I have seen both, and I see them all in greed, & in temporal wealth, sustained only in deception.

My only advice is, go learn a real skill, stop deceive yourselves, success takes time, it’s not in weeks, nor is it in months. no matter what technology, or new idea that surfaces, if it promises it quick, run for your life, it’s a decoy to sweep your feet off the soil you already have gathered.

Time is running, men are building, while others are waiting. It won’t be long you will feel still, & you will be like the rest.

LEARN TO WRITE IN PAPER - My secret of note reminder

1. The paper is one of the oldest form of memory storage. The brain 🧠 was not ment to carry informations, it was made to generate, reinvent or pick new ideas. It’s for creating not storage.

2. The digital reminder is fair enough, but is a total failure for me. As a matter of fact, I have some pro reminder apps I don’t use even though I pay yearly for some and some are free.

I tested the digital reminder for a few months, and then the manual note reminder for a few months too, I learnt that my digital reminder failed me, I needed up adding more reminder on top of the existing since their is infinity space for reminders, but my not is limited to a few lines, so I have two, 1 for the week project logs and the next for the daily draft.

I noticed that I do less than 30% of my digital reminder while I was using that, in most cases most of my clients projects were incomplete, and I moved them over the week and disappointed a lot in delivery time. But the note reminder keeps me in check, I finish more than 70% of my daily tasks if I get to the office early, and more than 50% of I get their late, and since I can physically cancel any completed, it feels good to me, and feels like a fulfillment, driving a new milestone need.

I also realized that physical reminder drives more adrenaline than the digital reminder. Physiologically, it feels like I am in total control, and touching and feeling those papers at the end of the day, gives me more light.

Also every night before I sleep, I head back to my studios and make sure I write down my next day plans with my pen, I have every resources to do this on my bed, but driving out the laziness and moving to my home studios is one new thing I enjoyed.

My advice to you today, is get one of these notes, they are called sticky notes, use them for your reminder, it may not feel easy at first, over time you will appreciate the fact you read this post.

SKINSENTIALS UK 🇬🇧 WEBSITE & BRANDING LIVE! 🔥

Today we are happy to have completed then branding & website remake for Skinsentials | Skincare in UK in just less than a month.

The structure of the design was simpler than the previous one, as we tend to stripe off all complications, & made a custom rebuilding everything from ground up.

There are much to talk about, which while we begin dropping regular video explanation of the features of our clients recent websites, we will have this included.

We have paused publications, because we are overwhelmed with a lot of complex projects. for the past 6 months, we have not published a complete project presentation because of this limitation, even though we have built & are managing 40+ international & local website writhing this 6 months timeframe.

We are committed to doubling up in the quality of our works, avoiding any artificial concept in our project development, and focusing only in making works humans can connect with, scalable works that will be sustainable over time.

We wish to thank God for giving us much more health & innovative mindset to pull this through. 🙏🏽

WE BUILT NEW BOOKING SYSTEM FOR OUR CLIENT⚡️

There is more we wish to say, but we will wait for our client release now. There is so much to challenges than the mine meets.

We will be releasing a $5k project presentation in a couple of weeks, this is just the service appointment booking system, this streamlines the whole process for new client project discovery.

Is no more a news that we glory in our craft, and we wish to use this opportunity to thank Abraham Ajayi CEO Bobby Mediah | Brand Strategist & Manager for putting this much trust on us to handle this 4 figures project clean for them.

MY TIME IS NOT DIFFERENT FROM YOURS, IT’S THE TIMING OF OUR PURPOSE THAT IS. 🔥 —Okpara E Ikenna
The artificial time was just made to keep us sad.

I watched a short movie, there were young guys lined up and it was only allowed for two person to try plucking fruits at the same time.

The first two was a main young man and the other, the other hit the tree with his own stick and a lot of fruits fell down, but the main young man hit his severally, even more than the other hot, but nothing for him. The other young guy walked away happily with on fruit leaving the main young man very sad and lone.

The next inline joined, same incident, and the next, and the next, till they all walked away having their ripe fruit 🍎 in their hand, leaving nothing for the main man. He is sweating profusely and tired, tears rolled down his chins, and he waited there looking at the tree, and saying words to himself only him could hear, maybe soliloquizing, or subbing.

He was about to leave, and decided to hit just one more, remember the other guys got one or two fruits each before they walked away, now the main guy hit the very last time, with his last strength, dropped the stick and turned to leave, he wasted a few steps and heard a sound on the ground, and mother sound and more sounds than he could count, and the he turned, there was so much fruits scattered on the ground and even more than his hands can pick that he has to need a big bowel and the help of friend.

You see in life, in your life, many times it feels the effort you are taking is not feeling reasonable, this was the same way I felt too when I wasn’t anything, but do you know that God, your God could be preparing you for something he doesn’t want those around you now to see, and preparation come in different ways.

Imagine this main young man hit this at first try, they may have k11l3d him and keep the fruit all for themselves. Some delay is not really suffering, it’s more life in disguise, God won’t put us in positions we can’t be safe, especially if our purpose on earth is still a while more to complete.

You are wiser now, keep encouraged 🫰🏽

WHY USING DIFFERENT NAMES OR IMAGES FOR YOUR BRAND, IN DIFFERENT SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM IS A VERY BAD IDEA.

You see, you can have your brand name in one & your main name in the other, but having more than two pages in a particular platform with two non identical names is a red flag for real clients, maybe that is one problem you are having right now. 🚩

Before clients hire you, outside referrals, bear in mind they evaluate and make proper research about you before they proceed, you are losing clients even before you meet them, We will come back to this one…

Back to main topic: You can have two pages in one platform like Instagram & have them be Cater Studios Web & Cater Studios Flyer, but not Cater studios & Emmanuel, except that is an extra account, and you have main cater studios for that same platform you created your personal acc, but this not the topic for today.

What I want to focus on today is you who have different social media accounts in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc, but having different names in those different platforms, answering King tochi in one & Mzta tochi in another, using one image in one & a totally unrecognizable image in another, how then do you want people to find you easily and trust you?

The moment you stop confusing clients who are investigating you before that project closes, that is when you start building trust, cus to be real to you, all clients who have ever hired you go through one kind of investigations or the other, this is why most tell you they will be back and never returns, this is why most ghosts you with no single reason, they keep quiet cus they can’t just tell you it’s cus of trust, they are not here to teach you morals or proper structures in business.

Building systems is not just about creating massive evidential processes, but more about building your core identity, you are your identity, you are your system, if your core system is broken in different places, you leave prospects confused, and they leave your pocket empty, work on this and thank God for bringing this post your way.

HERE TO MY APPRECIATION & HONOUR ⚡️

Sometimes we loop in quietness, forgetting that those who appreciates our efforts through thoughtful gifts & supports deserves more respect.

I do this the other way, making mention of their names as soon as they gift me something, but this time, they are becoming too much, and I decided to roll out a monthly appreciation post.

These are not all images or face, there are more who gifted & supported me in every other way.

Many gifts I have received in the past month, comes in double & even triple from one single face you see in this image, they are not just pretending, I have watched them for a while, they are very real.

Wonder why I don’t brandish awards, these faces are my awards, they listen, they implement, these are not lazy people who just want growth without efforts, who want wealth without enterprise, these are men and women who understand that discipline is mostly an external impact.

Appreciating an authority God placed in our life shouldn’t be undermined, there is a reason for that, the is a whole lot of reason God placed them in your life, how ever you treat them, is exactly how those under your authority will treat you.

If there is anyone God place in your life, your parents, guidance, mentors, coach etc, who give you freely and even more then you do, always make out time to say thank you, don’t say “I don’t have” even if it’s a N200 recharge card, try to do it always once in a while, do so & don’t think twice about it.

The secret prayers they will do for you has more impact than your own prayers. Don’t be stingy, don’t just throw words without substance, substance triggers more actions, this is what I teach my people, appreciation, this is why they will keep growing.

I so respect & honour those above me, and this is why those following me respect me so much too, and respect needs to be returned, so I am saying, thank you all once sharing my amazing people.
