How I was CLOSED by a 10 years old girl 👧 in 30 seconds.

I have read a lot on sales & marketing,

Coming back from Zenith back on Rumuola Road, I decided I was going to shave my beard when I get back to my office.

I stopped at a mart to buy razor blade.

What surprised me at first was the sales girl.

Just a small girl with a sharp mind.

I greeted her & told her I wanted to buy blade.

She went to the back of the store and came back with a small container with just one brand of blade.

I was disappointed because that was not the brand I am used to.

I asked if there was any other brand like Tiger 🐯

She responded NO in her shape voice.

How much is it? I asked.

At this point, I was more disappointed because the price is more than the Tiger blade.

I turned my back and about to leave.

She closed me and made her sale using the right technique.

She said:

"I have used the blade before, it is very sharp, that is what we are using at home"

Immediately I don't know how I brought the money out of my pocket and pay.

It was after I left the shop that I realised...
...I have just been sold! 😀

Here are the lessons.

1. She understood my need within 30 seconds

2. She gave me prove and testimony within 30 seconds

3. She stressed the benefits and not the features in 30 seconds.

(all I need the blade to do is to cut, I don't care whether it is strong or not, I don't care whether it is made of aluminium or copper)
