Skillworks Secures National Recognition from NBTE, the Federal Ministry of Education and NYSC

We are pleased to announce three significant milestones in Skillworks’ commitment to delivering quality, verifiable technology training in Rivers State.

NBTE Accredited Training Center
Following a comprehensive review, the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has granted Skillworks Full Accreditation for three trades:

Social Media Communications
Creative Media (Digital Media Production)
Networking and System Security Installation

Trainees in these trades are assessed by the Sectoral Awarding Body and certified by NABTEB. The accreditation was granted on 13 August 2026 and is valid until 2031.

Federal Ministry of Education TVET Skill Training Center

Skillworks has been selected by the Federal Ministry of Education as a Skill Training Center under Nigeria’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Initiative.

NYSC SAED Training Partner

The National Youth Service Corps, Rivers State Secretariat, has approved Skillworks as a partner for the post-camp training of corps members in:

Cybersecurity and AI & Machine Learning
Digital Marketing and Data Analysis
UI/UX (Product Design)

Participating corps members will receive the NYSC SAED certificate alongside their professional certificate.

These approvals are the result of more than a year of sustained investment in curriculum development, learning facilities and faculty. They reflect our conviction that Nigeria does not have a talent shortage. It has a training problem, and solving it requires standards that can be independently verified.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our students, parents, faculty and partners for their continued trust and support.

Sendease is a fintech platform designed to give freelancers more transparency by showing them exactly what they’ll receive before accepting a transaction.

Renzo is a laundry service app designed to make pickup and delivery more convenient, with flexible 6-hour, 12-hour and 24-hour service options.
