Trisat is recruiting for an experienced and motivated SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, and partner organizations;
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
Maintaining and updating customer databases;
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies;
Evaluating marketing campaigns;
Monitoring competitor activity;
Supporting the team members and other colleagues
Other tasks as may be assigned to you by your supervisor
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
BSc or HND degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications or Sociology with minimum of 3-4 years in the same or similar job position
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
Ability to conduct market research
Ability to analyze information for decision making
Ability to define and identify market segment and develop marketing correspondence strategy
Ability to communicate and convince target audience
Ability to combine IT skills with business processes
Ability to do continuous research on market needs through feedback systems
Conduct SWOT analysis and proffer suggestions for competitive advantage
Highly attentive to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills
