Compensation: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly + Performance Bonus

Role Summary
The Growth & Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and customer acquisition strategy across both digital and offline channels.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- ⁠Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience.
- ⁠Demonstrated experience supporting sales-driven businesses.
- ⁠Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing.
- ⁠Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- ⁠Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- ⁠Excellent communication and presentation skills.
