1 –Steel/ Stainless Fabricators - 2
A reputable engineering company with headquarters in Lagos and factory in Ondo State seeks a suitable qualified candidate to fill the position of Steel/Metal Fabricator. The role is based in Owo, Ondo State. The ideal candidate must be willing to reside in Owo and should have family ties in Ondo State or environs. He should have experience preparing, fabricating and welding various metal constructions, components and structures. He should be used to working from patterns and blueprints, using a variety of tools and machines to make metal parts or assemble components. He must be able to read, understand and work from drawings and should be a certified fabricator trained in a trade center. He must be able to follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures in carrying out his work at all times.
Core Skills Required
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature;
• Effective English reading and writing communication skills;
• Ability to operate different tools, and to troubleshoot equipment problems;
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Ability to lift heavy equipment.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of proven experience;
• Certification of welding or fabrication from a recognized trade center;
• Disciplined hard worker;
• Age: Between 21 -40 years old;
• Male;
• Current resident of Ondo State or Environs or someone willing to relocate and with family ties in the area.
2 - AutoCAD Draftsman - 1
A reputable engineering company with headquarters in Lagos and factory in Ondo State seeks a suitable qualified candidate to fill the position of AutoCAD Drafter. The role is based in Owo, Ondo State. The ideal candidate must be willing to reside in Owo and should have family ties in Ondo State or environs.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices;
• Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications;
• Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers;
• Prepare drawings for sheet metal components;
• Prepare drawings and diagrams for electrical devices and installations;
• Calculate dimensions and allowances with accurate precision;
• Collaborate with designers, constructors and engineers on projects;
• Compile data and specifications sheets;
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements;
• Accommodate safety procedures and issues in installation and construction drawings.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of proven experience;
• Certification of AutoCAD training from a recognized trade center/institution;
• Effective English reading and writing communication skills;
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;

3 - Design Engineer - 1
A reputable engineering company with headquarters in Lagos and factory in Ondo State seeks a suitable qualified candidate to fill the position of Design Engineer. The role is based in Owo, Ondo State. The ideal candidate must be willing to reside in Owo and should have family ties in Ondo State or environs.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Draw and create blueprints and other schematics needed;
• Create test prototypes;
• Make recommendations to improve production efficiency;
• Develop and implement design strategies;
• Collaborate with other engineers, managers, and creative team;
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for design;
• Research and track prototype performance and reactions;
• Prepare documentations, such as testing protocols and manuals;
• Organize plans and create schedules;
• Review and oversee manufacturing of designs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in design engineering, engineering, product design, industrial design, or related field with 2nd class upper or Upper credit;
• 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role;
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite;
• Strong aptitude for creating detailed blueprints and instructions;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
• Accurate and precise attention to detail;
• Creative and innovative thinker and planner;
