You can call us for a software for easy compilation of pupils'/students' exam results. It's called Exam Report Facilitator (ERF) and very easy to use.
Features of Exam Report Facilitator (ERF) Software
1. ERF software has provisions made for a school’s name, badge, address, contact phone number, e-mail and passport for each pupil’s/student’s termly result for 1st term, 2nd term, 3rd term, and annual result. However, no provision is made for passport for 1st term, 2nd term, 3rd term and annual master’s sheet.
2. Upon entry of data (assessment and examination marks of pupils/students), the software automatically display the following:
I. Assessment/Test total
II. Total marks (i.e. over 100 for each subject)
III. Grand total marks (summation of marks for all subjects)
IV. Average
V. Mark which is ‘highest in class’, ‘lowest in class’, and ‘class average’ for each subject.
VI. Grade (A – F)
VII. Remark (for each subject score)
VIII. Position in class
3. After third term data entries, ERF software prepares automatically the annual examination report of pupils/students showing the following:
I. Total marks (for assessment and examination from 1st to 3rd term)
II. Annual total mark
III. Annual class average mark (for each subject)
IV. Annual average mark (for each subject of every pupil/student)
V. Annual average of each pupil/student
VI. Annual grade (for each subject)
VII. Annual position in class
4. Annual record of results is in two different forms as follows:
a. Student-based category (which can be used to assess each pupil’s/student’s performance)
b. Subject-based category (which can be used to assess each teacher’s performance)
5. Annual Master’s Sheet also computes automatically showing the following:
I. Total marks (100) for each subject for 1st, 2nd and 3rd term
II. Cumulative marks for 1st, 2nd and 3rd term
III. Annual total marks
IV. Annual average mark (of each pupil/student)
V. Annual position (of each pupil/student) for each class
VI. Annual position (of each pupil/student) for the whole arm of a class
ADVANTAGES OF USING ERF FOR COMPUTATION OF RESULTS
1. ERF software computes results without discrepancy in the annual result of a pupil/student who may start schooling in either 2nd or 3rd term.
2. A two-week period of computation of results on papers is reduced to 10 hours using this software.
3. Its print-out copies caries a lot of school’s information such as school’s name, motto, e-mail address, contact phone number, and badge for Result Master’s Sheet (1st term, 2nd term, 3rd term and annual); pupil’s/student’s result print out has his/her passport photograph on it.
4. ERF software eliminates completely the errors due to calculation of pupils’/students’ scores as opposed to making use of a calculator when compiling results.
5. Results can be printed out on paper.
6. It is offline software that does not require periodic subscription and so it does not incur extra cost.
7. Has 350 automated result interfaces for each arm of a class and the result of the whole arm shows upon data entry
