“The Open Eye Collection is a body of work that takes the embarrassment of an ugly selfie and turns it into bold and playful visuals. The practise of taking a selfie is seen as vein, especially in our photo perfect world where we pout, curate our lives and see very few moments of reality - but this can also be a cathartic and an almost meditative practise if one does not take themselves too seriously.”
