Drone photography price list and information:
Filming costs: N45,000 for the first hour.
Additional time charged at N25,000 per hour.
A 10% discount for first time customers. Custom pricing available for long term repeat business.
This includes:
• A consultation meeting, usually a 15 minute phone call to discuss your requirements
• A site visit to survey the filming area and identify potential issues, should we deem this necessary
• A copy of the raw unedited footage, provided to you on the day upon settling the outstanding filming costs- it is your responsibility to provide a pc to transfer files to
• Storage of the raw unedited footage on our own HDD’s for 28 days following filming
• A short demo clip of approximately 30 seconds footage provided on the day after the shoot- typically via WhatsApp. Please note this is NOT produced using the professional editing software and serves only to offer a sample of the filming prior to full professional editing. As such, it is of a much lower resolution than the final edit and any jumping within the video is as a result of it being produced from a stream to the iPad, which is not related to the actual footage stored on the on-board SD card.
• First edit footage provided to you within 7 calendar days of the shoot via Dropbox
• Opportunity for comments and amendments to edit provided to you for 48 hours
• Final edit footage provided to you via Dropbox a further 48 hours after changes agreed
• This does not include our travel costs

Please note the above prices are for filming only and providing the raw unedited footage from the shoot. Video editing is extremely time consuming with every hour of footage taking 4 hours or more to edit.
Prices for editing in addition to the above filming prices are:
1 hours worth of footage: N 140,000
Any additional hours of footage above the first hour N 100,000
Our travel costs are included if we are also editing the footage.
This is the maximum and prices will be reduced if the editing is completed in less time- which it often can be based on the complexity of clips/ special effects you require.

Poor lighting
Rain
On/ adjacent to sensitive locations- e.g. airports, government buildings, military installations
Extremely windy conditions.
Cancellations:
We require a 40% deposit of the filming element, but no deposit for editing.
All shoots are subject to 24 hours notice for cancellation if the above conditions mean it is not suitable to fly. In these cases, or if you cancel the shoot with more than 24 hours notice, we will refund 75% of any deposit taken (the remainder covers our pre-flight checks/ research).
If we are unable to visit the site prior to filming to survey the immediate area, please provide any information on potential limitations that may inhibit our ability to film, for example overhead electrical wires, permission from the venue owner, nearby sensitive sites such as military bases etc.
If you cancel the shoot under 24 hours before the agreed start time, for example because we are no longer needed, the event we are coming to film is cancelled, you have not obtained permission from the owner of the venue to fly beforehand etc., the deposit is non-refundable; however we will try to be reasonable if the shoot is delayed, re-scheduled.

Please note: We can only film what is there to be filmed on the day. If, for example, your event has a poor turnout we can only produce a video to these limitations and we cannot be held accountable for videos that you fall short of your expectations due to these factors.
