My advice for the month of March

Never let someone who gave up on their dreams talk you out of your dream.
Be focus and make sure your dream become a reality.

Evaluate your last two months and ask yourself if you are making progress spiritually, financially and every other areas of your life?

Ask yourself what are the things that have worked for you in the last 2 months?

1. In Business- know the businesses or services that is yielding Income for you and plan on how to improve on them.
Many times people neglect what is working and focus on things that are not working. Grow the businesses that are working and gradually expand into new vision. You must understand that, the major challenges of entrepreneurs is finance, I will advice you to invest your money wisely.
Also know what is taking away money from you. If you are not growing financially, it is high time you locate and eliminate every form of financial waste in your life.
Don't try to impress people and don't try to be like someone over night, you may not have their resources. Gradually grow your wealth.

2. Relationship. You need to ask yourself what association or relationship have added to you in the last two months. Nobody succeed in isolation, you need people to succeed but it is not every relationship that will benefit you. Some friends are there to add to your life, some to subtract from you, some to make you stagnant and some will multiply you. You need to evaluate every form of relationship you have with people and know if it is leading you to the fulfillment of your dream. It is not compulsory you have everybody as friends in your life. Their are people who will never wish you Happy birthday, they will never greet you when you are doing good things, even when you are down they will never encourage you but you are the first person to greet them when ever they are doing anything. Friend it is high time you place value on yourself. You are destined for the top. Move with people that will value you and positively move your life forward. You will succeed.

You Can Become An Entrepreneur - Final Part 13.

An Acronym for Entrepreneur.

R- Stands for - Resources(Capital)

Capital is an essential investment either in the form of money, machinery, land or time convertible in terms of money.

Capital is the investment made in any industry or business. It is the foundation of any business. only the size and quantum differs as per requirement.

No business or industry can be carried without capital. A small trader needs money to invest in shop premises and products which he wishes to purchase and stock for selling to people. An Industrialist wants capital investment for establishing factory and raw materials and packing materials . A Builder wants to invest in land and construction materials to complete a project and sell to people. A Consultant or technician wants investment capital for buying equipment that will enable him execute his services better, and money to keep himself in the line till he receives or recovers his return on investment.

A common fatal mistake for many failed businesses is having insufficient operating funds. Business owners underestimate how much money is needed and they are forced to close before they even have had a fair chance to succeed. They also may have an unrealistic expectation of incoming revenues from sales.

It is imperative to ascertain how much money your business will require; not only the costs of starting, but the costs of staying in business. It is important to take into consideration that many businesses take a year or two to get going. This means you will need enough funds to cover all costs until sales can eventually pay for these costs.

Time and space will not permit me to continue. I want to thank all my friends and fans that follow the series from Part 1 to 13. Thank you so much.

U- stands for - Unique Selling Proposition

Unique Selling Proposition (USP) Is the factor or consideration presented by a seller as the reason that one product or service is different from and better than that of the competition

Before you can begin to sell your product or service to anyone else, you have to sell yourself on it and the key to effective selling is to have a "unique selling proposition" (USP). Unless you can pinpoint what makes your business unique in a world of homogeneous competitors, you cannot target your sales efforts successfully.

Steps to Creating a Unique Selling Proposition (USP)

Step 1: Describe Your Target Audience

Before you can even start marketing your services, you need to know who you are targeting. In this step, you want to be as specific as possible. For example, if you are a Web developer, instead of targeting anyone who needs help in building a website, you may identify your target client as a small business owner who is looking for a developer to customise his/her site.

Step 2: Explain the Problem You Solve

From your prospective clients’ perspective, what is the individual need or challenge they face that your business can solve for them?

Step 3: List the Biggest Distinctive Benefits

In this step, list 3-5 of the biggest benefits a client gets from choosing to work with you that they could not get from someone else (i.e., what sets you apart from your competition). Again, thinking from the clients’ perspective, these benefits should explain why your services are important to them and why they would choose you over another provider.

Step 4: Define Your Promise

A big part of a successful USP is making a pledge to your clients. While this can be implied instead of spelled out in your USP, write down this promise you make to your clients in this step.

You Can Become An Entrepreneur Part 11.

An Acronym for Entrepreneur.

E- stands for - Earning(Money)

Money is an essential commodity that helps you run your life and business effectively.

The major reason for going into business is to render quality service and to solve problem for people but you must also understand that making money or profit in business is very important. People should pay you for the problem you solve for them. If you are not making money or profit in business, you will soon be out of business because you won't be able to meet your normal obligation in business like paying your staff, office rent, improving your services, advert and so on.

Every entrepreneur should Value Money

There are many ways to earn money, but to sustain your wealth you have to handle your own money . Rich people are rich because they know the true value of money and hence they manage their business well. It is generally said that money will stay in the hands of people who know its value. If you are a lavish spender, spending money in an unnecessary way, you will soon lose all your wealth and you will be out of business. Hard work and commitment is essential if you want money to stay in your hands.

If you have money, rather than spending it in satisfying luxurious desires, you can try investing it. Money when invested has the ability to increase in amount which will let you buy more luxuries while you still grow and expand your business.

Don't eat your future today, grow your business and build a lasting wealth.

You Can Become An Entrepreneur Part 10.

An Acronym for Entrepreneur.

N- stands for - Niche(market)

Niches are at the heart of every successful business, product or service.

A niche market is the subset of the market on which a specific product is focusing. So the market niche defines the specific product features aimed at satisfying specific market needs, as well as the price range, production quality and the demographics that is intended to impact

Whether your business is mature, in a start-up mode or you are just contemplating, you need to identify specific customer needs (NOT wants) that have been ignored, overlooked or neglected by others.

Identifying a niche is not a destination, however. It is and must continue to be a work in progress. The reason for this is that the marketplace and consumers continue to change before our very eyes.
You and your business, your product mix, your menu of services must be capable of changing with the times.

You need to think sideways, backwards and outside-in about your present or potential customers and how they are currently being served in your local marketplace. When you do, you are bound to come up with a good niche concept.

Here are 4 compelling reasons why every small business needs a niche:

1. A niche increases the effectiveness of your advertising allowing you to concentrate on a clearly defined audience instead of aimlessly prattling on to everyone.

2. You will experience less competition because a niche will position you as a leader in your chosen area and not as just another business.

3. Your business will be more profitable because you will have better control of your pricing and your promotional expenditures.

4. You will be able to build your business faster by making fewer mistakes as regards who you are, who your customers are and how you can cost effectively reach them

What is your excuse?

Demba Ba (the new Chelsea Striker) was once rejected by Barnsley, Watford, Lyon, Auxerre, Swansea, Gillingham, Stuttgart & Stoke City but He Persist.

Those who said "No" to Demba Ba are not worthy of his signature today. That's life. Those who abuse you today will crave for you tomorrow Don't give up.

If you have absolutely no doubt that you are on the right path all you need to do is keep moving forward.

As at 2004 Demba Ba was sleeping on the floor of friends' houses while searching for a club in England. Today he'd buy those houses

What's the moral? Many will reject you but if you believe in yourself and not reject yourself you will win

What a story. I am inspired by Demba Ba's story. Watch him shine at Chelsea. I wish they were in the Champions League

The story of your life is not over. It has just begun. Keep the faith, keep the belief, keep getting better, you will soar

So when life beats you down & it appears you are nothing but a loser, remember this name: Demba Ba | Then pick yourself up

No one wants to hear of the pains you are going through today but if you rise above them you'll be paid to share them

We can't cannot do anything about it. Life only recognises those who rise above their challenges and pains

You Can Become An Entrepreneur Part 9.

An acronym for Entrepreneur

E- Stands for - Education

My definition of education is getting the right information you need to fulfil your purpose or dream in life. That is as an entrepreneur education is getting the right information or skill that will help you succeed or excel as an entrepreneur in your chosen field.

Any education you received that make you useless or unproductive is not an education. The reason we have millions of people looking for job after spending about 6 years in university is that the kind of education given to them cannot challenge their minds to be creative in order to create jobs. Their minds has been programmed to get a good grade in order to get a good job. Also because most of our lecturers are not business owners, it will be difficult for them to raise entrepreneurs because you can't give what you don't have.

The best form of education is personal Development.

The Importance of Personal Development for Entrepreneurs

Many people shy away from the idea of personal development. Strangely enough, the idea of becoming a better person and being happier is seen as some silly activity. But, in reality, we all want this and we resist it because we shy away from personal responsibility; also, the idea of actually facing all our internal junk kind of scares us and we would rather not. No matter what type of person you are, you will clearly benefit from working on yourself. If you are an entrepreneur in particular, you really need to devote time to bettering yourself because if you want to be successful in your endeavour, you will likely need to make some changes to your belief system as well as how you think and act. If you look at the most successful entrepreneurs of our time, it is clear that personal development was a huge part of their life.

Every aspiring entrepreneurs Should learn from successful entrepreneurs either through books, seminar/training or mentoring. You will get to your destination on time if you learn from the expects. Study how they succeed and manage their money, time, people, stress, failure and so on. Learn to ask right and quality questions from the right people, the answer you will get can save you money and from bad experience.
