For this project, we set out to build a structured growth ecosystem that supports Nigerian founders from idea to scale, while directly linking learning, ex*****on, and funding.
This culminated in Startup Bridge, a founder-focused programme built to move early-stage ideas through the Early-Stage Lab and into the Accelerator, where growth-ready ventures are prepared for expansion into larger markets.
It is more than training. It is a funding-enabled system.
Idea-stage founders in the Early-Stage Lab are supported with performance-based grants to help build and validate MVPs, while post-MVP startups in the Accelerator access equity-based investment, with additional capital opportunities tied to ex*****on, traction, and measurable progress.
At its core, Startup Bridge is designed to ensure that funding is not static or participation-based, but directly connected to real progress and founder delivery.
