Learning a skill is only the first step. What happens after the training ends?

For our She-in-Tech students, the journey continues through mentorship, guidance, and practical support.

Over the past week, our mentees had mentorship sessions in Virtual Assistance and Social Media Management, asking questions, gaining clarity, and learning how to apply their skills in the real world.
Because learning gives you the skill, but mentorship helps you know what to do with it.

And this is just the beginning…

The She-inTech Mentorship journey has officially begun 🎉

We welcomed our mentees with an exciting onboarding session filled with enthusiasm, connection, and anticipation for what’s ahead.

Our Co-founders, Ima Ofana and Idisinke Inyang, encouraged them to embrace this opportunity, learn from their mentors, and make the most of the experience.

This next chapter is about moving from the learning phase to workplace readiness, preparing them to confidently take their skills into the professional world.
