Helpline Telecoms was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited liability company in 2003. We are licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to operate in the downstream sector of the telecoms industry. Our GL-11 POS model was certified by NIBSS (Nigerian Inter-Bank Settlement System) using our sister company name - Africa mama ATM Ltd, for payment card service. The company is mad

e up of three subsidiaries namely; Helpline Family, mamaATM and LGRC (Local Government Revenue Collection).
 MamaATM: This is a product name for our new pos terminal of model GL-11. It was developed to offer agency banking and other Value Added Services (VAS) with cutting edge technologies. mamaATM is equipped with accurate reporting, secured with Login authentication and fortified with long life backup battery.
 Helpline Family: An ‘open ended’ Closed User Group (CUG) service that avails users the opportunity to make unlimited calls to each other without having to load airtime outside the payment of a Monthly Service Rental (MSR). Helpline Family is presently powered by MTN Nigeria with better coverage and lower MSR.
 LGRC: LGRC (Local Government Revenue Collection) is an Automated Revenue Collection System (ARCS), designed and developed for Local and State Governments to collect tax – Rate, Levy, License etc, from potential tax payers within locality.
