Reflect on this and build common sense from it.

Bode and tunji have the same qualifications as operation managers. They both apply for the same job. Bode is a much better operation manager than tunji, but unlike bode, tunji keeps getting invited to job interviews and now has a job.

Sadly, bode remains unemployed. We took a look at their CVs and the difference was crystal clear.

REALITY VERSUS EXPECTATION.

The only word that explains EXPECTATION to a university Graduate is REALITY. Reality tells you that your expectations only exist in the realm of fantasy, especially here in Nigeria. Reality doesn't care if you're ignorant of the right thing. It slaps anyone, in my dictionary I call REALITY "broad day light". How would you feel if you discover that the job you feel is hanging in the air for you to grab after graduation is just a figment of imagination, how devastating would it be.
