What is a Prompt Injection Attack & why should you protect yourself? 🤔

A Prompt Injection Attack is a technique where attackers manipulate an AI system (like chatbots or assistants) by inserting hidden or misleading instructions into inputs. These instructions are designed to override the system’s normal behavior and trick the Ai into revealing sensitive information, executing unintended actions, or bypassing security controls.

For example, an attacker might disguise malicious instructions (malware) inside a normal-looking message, document, or webpage. When the AI processes it, the hidden prompt can force the system to:
• Expose confidential data (API keys, passwords, wallet details)
• Ignore safety rules or restrictions
• Perform actions on behalf of the user without consent

Why should you protect yourself? ⚠️

Because AI tools are now deeply integrated into apps, wallets, customer support systems, and automation workflows. A successful prompt injection attack can lead to:
• Financial loss (especially in crypto & fintech apps)
• Account takeovers
• Data breaches
• Unauthorized transactions

How to stay safe 🛡️
• Never paste unknown text into AI tools without reviewing it
• Avoid uploading untrusted files or links to AI systems

Let me explain the AskMarket Idea and how it works, perhaps investors might want to invest in it or members of the public might want to recommend improvements on this idea, better still readers might have a unique idea that they want us to collaborate on together 🤗

Example: If I’m looking for a specific car or property in a particular location or country to buy, all I need to do is drop my request into the AskMarket forum, and dealers, suppliers or agents will respond with descriptions, prices & offers.

This is exactly how Lagosians buy cheap items from Lagos Facebook marketplace groups online. They post, “I need a self-contained apartment in Ajah, budget ₦700k,” and housing agents start commenting under the post with offers while Facebook notifies the poster.

So, in a nutshell…

AskMarket is a reverse e-commerce platform where buyers lead the market. Instead of endlessly scrolling through listings, buyers simply post photos or descriptions of items, products, or properties they are looking for, and sellers respond if they have them available.

Second Quarter is here 💪

This quarter, AskMarket: a web application by chedders.dev will be built and deployed. Our mission is bold: to pioneer reverse e-commerce in Nigeria, then scale across Africa and beyond.

The platform will be completely free for users, generating revenue through Google Ads and AdMob.

Looking ahead to Q3, Chedders will step into the real estate space - introducing a model aimed at reducing the cost of rent, empowering young people to become landlords before 40, and helping property owners sell faster.

In Q4, we will launch a groundbreaking web and mobile movie platform designed for couples in long-distance relationships - keeping them connected through premium entertainment, no matter the distance.

Meanwhile, in Q1, we successfully launched Chedders Computer (chedderscomputer.store) - a platform for brand-new laptops, desktops, solar kits, and other computer equipment.

I’ve faced starvation. I’ve faced hunger. But I’ve never faced anything like the project below. Chedders Computer is just like Jumia when it started.

I do spend many days without food & many months without girls or entertainment but never without coding and God & since I don't smoke or do drugs it's hard but then In the First Quarter of 2026, the CheddersComputer objective has been achieved 💪 CheddersComputer has gone live Saturday 28th March 2026 🎉🎊🔥 More details will be discussed on my Mondays broadcast.

The motive behind this is that Nobody outside a person's geofence would know that the person has a hotel or existing business without its digital representation online. Many people have taken advantage of that to build a strong digital presence for their businesses, regardless of whether they have a physical office or not & I’ve joined them.

Thank you so much for being part of the process but this is just the beginning. Chedders is going to build a digital presence in the richest industries in the world, from Software Technology to Real Estate Technology, Crypto Finance, E-commerce, Aviation Technology, and Agricultural Technology.

And the good news is, Nigerians are being born in large numbers and I love the numbers. Nearly 10 million new Nigerians are born every year & I wish there could be more because 10 Million Means Opportunity. It Means Scale. It Means I’ll be using a Postgres database + FastAPI 😁

I Need To Clear This Misunderstanding About Chedders Software Development Pricing. I believe the purpose of building any software is for us to use it ourselves & to use it to make money from customers or clients, so I always build with that in mind.

I can build a free landing page or a simple 3-page website for you but there's a difference between a Website & a Web Application. Chedders,dev solves that confusion.

Please note that; I (Chedders) do not charge ₦1M for everything related to software development. Some websites are ₦200k, others ₦450k. A good web application starts from ₦500k. SaaS, PaaS & Cross-Platform web applications mostly start from ₦2M.

If you compare these prices to what Lagos developers charge, you’ll understand better. Some charge ₦300k for just a logo and up to $10k for a web application, depending on what they are building.

Critical WordPress plugin bug puts 60,000 sites at risk
Hackers are exploiting a serious vulnerability in the User Registration and Membership WordPress plugin that allows attackers to create admin accounts without authentication. The plugin is installed on more than 60,000 websites, potentially giving attackers full control of affected sites.

Pump.fun is not as fun as we think it is. The information I'm about to share will only make sense to those who want to create a coin on Pump.fun.

⚠️ Caution

The first image on the right shows the information Pump.fun collects.

They collect all device information, which includes details about your web browser, IP address, domain name, IMEI, login information, browser type and version, timezone settings, operating system, location information (GPS), and cookies. Additionally, they collect information about other individual pages you browse on other sites and the things you search for.

Image 2: This tells us that launching a coin on Pump.fun goes beyond what we see on the surface.

You can launch a free coin and people will use sniper bots to hijack it and dump before you do, because everybody is trying to outsmart everyone else. No one wants to be outsmarted, but someone must outsmart somebody that's how the game works.

You can launch a coin and end up making nothing from it. The first buyer opportunity to buy your own coin cheap may pass you by, and you might not even be able to buy your own coin especially if you're broke and the coin price has already gone up.
