Role Description :
The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support client-focused initiatives. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online engagement, and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools. The role involves developing online marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging, and preparing regular reports and insights to guide marketing decisions. The specialist will also stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness and audience reach.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns.
• Strong experience with Social Media Marketing, content creation, and community engagement across major platforms.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and data interpretation to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic CRM usage is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
• Capacity to work on-site in Lagos and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
