Many business owners think the hard part is launching a website but in reality, that's just the beginning.
After a website goes live, things start changing:
New services need to be added.
Blog posts need to be published.
Events need to be updated.
Plugins need updates.
Security needs monitoring.
Content becomes outdated.
Small issues appear that can quietly affect user experience.
Over time, I've learned that a website is not a one-time project, it's a business asset that needs ongoing attention to stay useful, secure, and relevant.
One of the websites I manage regularly requires content updates, event publishing, design adjustments, and technical maintenance. None of these tasks are major on their own, but together they help keep the website running smoothly and aligned with the business as it grows.
A website shouldn't be something you launch and forget, it should evolve alongside your business. That's often the difference between a website that simply exists and one that continues to support business growth.
How often do you update your website after launch?
