Don't be misled by the fancy setups and expensive gadgets you see some developers with - the tech industry is not a path to quick riches.

Building a successful career in tech requires a significant investment of time, effort, and consistency.

In fact, the journey can often be more challenging than expected, with the search for a tech job being a tasking and sometimes frustrating experience in and of itself.

However, I don't mean to discourage anyone from pursuing a career in tech. Rather, I hope to dispel the misconception that a career in tech is a shortcut to instant wealth.

The reality is often disappointing, but that doesn't mean you should give up on your goals. Instead, focus on the long-term rewards of hard work, dedication, and consistency, and you'll eventually reach your goals.

So stay motivated, stay focused, and keep learning - success in tech is possible for those who are willing to put in the effort.

I've found that the quickest way to gain mastery in nearly any craft is through patience.
When you're always in a hurry, you won't enjoy your growth. You'll lack focus and will end up being slower.
So there's no need to be in so much rush, or to put yourself under needless pressure.

Always remember - patience is usually the quickest route.
