Episode Two - Creator Lab: What Went Wrong? Testing AI Avatar Characters Without Losing Their Identity

Creating one beautiful AI avatar is easy.

Getting that SAME character to survive different outfits, poses, environments and camera angles?

That’s where AI starts acting like it has never met the woman before. 😂

So I put it to the test.

The goal was simple:

Can I take one AI avatar through multiple scenes without losing her identity?

Same face.
Same features.
Same skin tone.
Same character.

But different:

• Outfits
• Locations
• Poses
• Camera angles
• Expressions
• Scenes

And some generations failed badly.

The face changed.

Features shifted.

Suddenly my character had a distant cousin I never asked for. 😭

So I started testing what actually improves AI character consistency: stronger identity references, clearer prompts, fewer conflicting instructions, controlled changes and better reference-image selection.

The biggest lesson?

Don't regenerate your character. Build around her.

Lock the identity first.

Then change ONE variable at a time.

That simple shift made a huge difference.

Stop Creating Random Content: Every Post Should Do One of These 3 Things

If you’re building a business, every post needs a job:

ATTRACT → Get the right people to discover you.
NURTURE → Build trust, authority and desire.
SELL → Move them toward your offer.

If all you do is attract, you may get views without buyers.

Before you post, ask: “What job is this content supposed to do?”

Create with intention, not just for the algorithm.

Quick question: Are you creating for fun… or are you building a business?

Because the way you create content should look very different depending on your answer.

If you’re creating for fun, chase the views. Experiment. Post whatever feels interesting. Enjoy the attention.

But if you’re building a creator business, every piece of content needs a job.

Some content should ATTRACT new people.

Some should NURTURE them until they trust your expertise.

And some should SELL by connecting their problem to your offer.

That’s where many creators get stuck.

They create 30 posts designed to attract attention…

Then wonder why nobody buys.

Your audience knows you’re entertaining.

They just don’t know why they need you.

You don't necessarily need more followers.

You need a better journey for the followers you already have:

STRANGER → FOLLOWER → TRUST → DESIRE → BUYER

So ask yourself before your next post:

“What job is this content doing for my business?”

Because viral content can build an audience.

But intentional content builds a business.

2.2M Views. Zero Profit. Let’s Fix This Problem.

If your content is going viral, yet your audience isn’t buying, you don’t need more viral content.

You need a monetization system.

Because getting attention and converting attention into income are two completely different skills.

Your content can generate millions of views and still make you almost nothing if there’s no clear path from:

Viewer → Follower → Lead → Buyer

So before chasing your next viral post, ask yourself:

• What problem does my audience associate me with solving?
• What do I have for them to buy?
• Does my content naturally create demand for that offer?
• Where am I sending interested viewers next?
• Am I nurturing people who aren’t ready to buy immediately?

Because views are traffic. They are not the business model.

You don’t necessarily need another 2M people watching you.

You may need a better system for monetizing the people already watching.

That means the right offer, CTA, funnel, nurture strategy and content monetization plan.

Otherwise, congratulations on your 2.2M views.

The algorithm got paid in engagement.

Why Bigger Creators Are Making LESS Money Than Smaller Creators

A huge following can make you look successful.

It doesn’t automatically make you profitable.

Some creators have 500K followers and millions of views, yet creators with 10K–50K followers are quietly making more money than them.

Here’s why:

The smaller creator often has something the bigger creator doesn’t:

A buying audience.

They’re not creating for everybody. They attract a specific person with a specific problem.

Their audience knows exactly what they help with.

Their content naturally leads somewhere.

And when they recommend an offer, it actually makes sense to buy it.

Meanwhile, the bigger creator may have built their entire audience around entertainment, trends and viral moments.

Great for views.

Terrible when 500,000 people know your face but have absolutely no idea what they should buy from you. 😭

This is why audience size ≠ income potential.

A smaller, highly engaged audience with strong trust, clear positioning and the right monetization strategy can be far more valuable than millions of passive viewers.

So stop asking:

“How do I get more followers?”

5M Views. $0 Income. Here’s What Went Wrong.

Going viral and making money are two completely different skills.

You can get millions of views, thousands of new followers, hundreds of comments… and still make almost nothing from your content.

Why?

Because attention without a monetization system is just attention.

If your content is getting views but not making money, check these:

• No clear offer: People enjoy your content, but there’s nothing relevant for them to buy.
• Wrong audience: You attracted viewers, not potential buyers.
• No conversion path: Your post ends, they scroll away, and there’s nowhere intentional for them to go next.
• Too much viral content, not enough buyer content: You know how to attract attention, but you haven’t built trust or buying desire.
• No system behind the content: Every post is chasing views instead of moving people from viewer → follower → lead → customer.

That’s why a creator with 10K highly intentional followers can sometimes make more money than someone getting millions of views.

Views are a metric. Revenue is a system.
