We are pleased to announce that is one of the The Digi Girls program's implementing partners, which is run by the Cybersafe Foundation. As the Cybersafe Foundation Digihub, we will provide free training to 20 and in over the course of three months in employable digital skills. This program is specifically designed for girls and women between the ages of 15 and 40, including those who do not have access to or are unlikely to pursue higher education given the country's current economic challenges.
Basic digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, soft skills, knowledge of digital entrepreneurship, intermediate digital skills (data analysis, graphics design, UI/UX design, e-commerce, and digital marketing), and mentoring will all be covered in the three months of training.
In regard to this, we would like to extend an invitation to all women and girls in this age range who are interested in and willing to fully commit to the 3-month training to come to ' office at British American Junction, by the Fly Over, JOS, to obtain the registration form (please note that the form will be available on a first come, first served basis).
Note that there will be two sessions (morning and afternoon) each day. The three-month training period will consist of three days per week of training.
Visit the office right away to pick up the forms. People who have a laptop stand a good chance of being selected.
