*RULES AND REGULATIONS GUIDING THE ASSOCIATION OF COMPUTER PROFESSIONALS IN SOCIAL PLATFORMS*
_Introduction
This Group carries the name of ACP (Association of Computer Professionals) ACP but in some cases where character is been counted, it will be shorter to *"Computer Professionals"* so therefore all rules and guideline of Association of Computer Professionals as a body
The mission and vision of this group remains the same with ACP Constitutional right 👍
The Aims of this group remains the same with that of the ACP Constitutional right 👍👍
Membership is opened to every members who had paid for Membership Registration Fee of N 4,000 from any Local Government /States that wishes to learn, relate and add value to this Association
But for this to be achieved and to avoid derailment from our objectives, we need to caution ourselves by setting some standards and living up to it.
These are as follows:
(1). *Good Manners*
Good manners to Everyone should conduct themselves in a good manner whenever interacting on the group.
2. *Living by Standards Computer Professionals*
We should all be committed to the cause of ACP by resolving to live by the standards specified by the computer analyst
3. *Respect is Reciprocal*
Due respect should be given to one another always by referring to each other using the prefix Mr, Mrs, Engr, Dr.,Prof., Citp., as the case may be.
4. *Mind Your Utterances*
Irrespective of the circumstances, using of slangs, abusive words, social combat or quarrelling should be avoided by all means and at all times and if there is misunderstanding within members should be reffer to Chairman Ethic & Dicsplinary Committee through the President of Association as no member has a right to post any aggrieved message or report a member directly from General Platform or Facebook to protect the name of Association
5. *Repeating a Rebroadcasting*
We don't tolerate rebroadcasts of messages that we might have come across from other groups in order to limit the length of thread we maintain here.
Also, though chatting cannot be stopped but has to be reduced to the minimum in other for important messages and information not to get flooded by the chats and also save other peoples' batteries. So make use of private chat when you want to chat with someone directly.
6. *Team Work*
All members are meant to participate in the presentations. Timetables of weekly programmes will be released by the Admins from time to time to facilitate the process.
7. *No irrelevant Pictures*
We do NOT tolerate sending of pictures expect with relevant to our business to curb unnecessary attention by dissuading us from our modus-operandi.
Images of valuable contents like notification of Online registration, notification of Govt Information, etc are however exempted from this rule number
8. *Group Display Picture (DP)*
The DP of the group is not to be changed indiscriminately and with no justified reason.
Only the Admins can change the group's DP as they deem it fit
9. *No Irrelevances post*
We do NOT tolerate as well childish questions or re-broadcasting jokes/politics issue in this group. As this is not a Comedian group, not also a political platform.
10. *No Arguments without a meaningful /useful to the Association*
There is room for academic gymnastic (discussion and learning) but we do NOT allow unnecessary arguments and the use of foul languages in this group.
11. *Respect Privacy*
Suitors seeker should consent with the Admins of this group rather than jumping the gun in doing it their way.
Also, It's not proper to pick any number from this group just because you have access to them. Respect for others' privacy is o e o the etiquettes of humanity
12. *Business/Products Advertisements*
As business oriented we encourage ourselves to grow our businesses and patronize each other where necessary.
To every entrepreneurs, you have the right to advertise your business/Products on the Social Platform Created for the purpose and (only one days that is allowed), but you must however not flout rule No 7 above when doing so.

Kindly bear with our rules and regulations, we relayed them in order for us to enjoy the purpose of creating this platform and not to cowed us.
*There is penalty for violators
To whoever flouts the aforementioned rules, you will be quietly removed from this group to maintain decorum for 24hrs or more or suspended from our activities depend on your violation
