You’re probably doing this manually in Excel. Stop.

If you have First Name and Last Name in separate columns, you don’t need to type them together one by one.

Use:

=TEXTJOIN(“ “,TRUE,C2,D2)

The “ “ is your delimiter. It tells Excel what to put between the pieces of text.

The TRUE tells Excel to ignore empty cells.

One formula. Hundreds of names. Seconds instead of minutes.
