A small delivery mistake can cost your brand its most important assets.
Over time, I have noticed that many clients prefer receiving designs through WhatsApp.
For simple items like social media flyers, that works perfectly fine.
But when it comes to important brand assets like logos, brand identity designs, guidelines, and other business documents, I prefer sending them through email.
This is not because WhatsApp is bad, but because these files deserve a more organized home.
I have had clients come back months later to say, "I can't find the logo again. I think it got lost in my WhatsApp chats."
Sincerely, it’s understandable. With hundreds of conversations, images, and files shared daily or no message backup, important documents can easily get lost.
A logo isn't just another image in your gallery. It is an asset your business will use for years, if not forever.
This is why I encourage brands to:
✅ Keep important brand files in a dedicated email folder.
✅ Store them in a proper file management system.
✅ Avoid depending only on chat apps for business assets.
Small processes like this may seem insignificant, but they help protect the identity you have invested in building.
Your brand assets deserve more than being lost somewhere between everyday conversations. 😊
So tell me, how do you currently store your important business files?
