This is the INEC voting procedure.
My take is
1/ the presentation of PVC should come after Checking of names. Otherwise what happens after I presented my PVC and my name is not on the register.
2/ What can a voter really observe at a distance of 300M from the sorting and counting center? That distance is too much.

This procedure doesn't take cognisance of those denied the collection of their PVC or those who sold theirs. PVC details can be retrieved from the INEC portals and the information could be used for authentication by BVAS.
