Our academy arm is focused on fostering skill for career development, providing training, mentorships, and internship placement.

The Program Instructor will be required to provide comprehensive training and promotional services for the training program. Training involves facilitating and assessment of the learners/students. He or she will provide on-site and online training activities based on the training schedule for each cohort and in line with the policies, procedures, and standards of Smartecniqs Digital Solutions, or any other relevant regulatory organization.

- Keep up with the latest & relevant tech trends in your field of expertise and have a passion for sharing your knowledge with students/learners.

- Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements

- Producing training schedules and classroom agenda

- Determining course content according to objectives

- Produce material and equipment required for teaching as requested, including printing, downloading of support material, worksheets and help sheets.

- Developing a stimulating learning environment by using a variety of styles and approaches to cater for individual learning needs

- Employing a variety of methodologies in teaching and instructing students, including demonstrations, discussions, and lectures.
