*BIBLE READING: JOHN 11:39-44*

39. Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.

40. Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

41, Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.

42. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.

43. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.

44. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

*MESSAGE*:
It is God’s plan for His children to enjoy a long and prosperous life.

If the enemy, however, tries to steal the life of any child of God, such a fellow would become a candidate for a miracle.

This was the case of Lazarus – a friend of Jesus Christ, according to John 11:11-13:

“These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.”

The first lesson we should learn in this story is that any friend of Jesus is a candidate for a miracle.

The question is: are you a friend of Jesus or an anti-Christ? Jesus Christ is the best friend you can ever have. He is compassionate and caring.

You need to have Jesus as your friend before the occurrence of any seemingly hopeless situation, as we see in today’s Bible reading.

Martha, a sister to Lazarus said to Jesus:

“ .....Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died” “(John 11:21)

To her, Lazarus’ case was a hopeless one because he had been dead and buried for four days.

However, the Hope of the Hopeless said "....Thy brother shall rise again" (John 11:23).

Beloved, I am inviting you to come to Jesus Christ today.

Make up your mind that you will be His friend indeed by obeying all His commandments because He said "Ye are my friends if ye do whatsoever I command you" (John 15:14).

What do you need a miracle for? Is it a part of your body, your marriage, business or career that has been touched by the evil one?, Jesus Christ is the Miracle -Worker.

Make Him your friend today, put your trust in Him and you will receive your desired miracles (John 11:40 ).

Do you desire to live eternally?, Romans 3:23 says "..all have sinned.." To have your eternal life restored, you need the miracle of redemption.

The One who can perform this miracle is Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God.

Run to Him and you shall have eternal life (John 3:16-18).

*PRAYER POINT*:
Father, I need a miracle, Please intervene in every hopeless situation in my life today and give me a testimony, in the mighty name of Jesus.

DANGERS OF SEXUAL SINS😭.
I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO THOSE WHO ARE GENUINELY BORN AGAIN, BUT THEY ARE STRUGGLING WITH SOME SECRET SINS... BECAUSE, I WAS ONCE THERE!...
There is something glorious about your future God will show you, you will not need your pastor to keep preaching holiness message to you daily...

When you see a girl singing in the choir, yet, from the choir, she keeps s*xual appointments, check that girl, she has not seen anything yet about her future...

When you see a young boy who dresses to church, to seduce those small girls to bed and his mates will be clapping for him, check that boy, he has a spiritual eye problem...
He hasn't seen anything about his future yet...

If you do it again and again and again, God will forgive you again and again and again...
But, while He is busy forgiving you, angels are busy searching for some one else heaven will use to replace you ...

What separates men before God is not how long they can pray or how much scriptures they know...
The value God places on people is not determined by the position they occupy in the church...

But how much they can bear for His Name sake...
Some times, He allows your salary to be delayed, to know if you will start stealing in your office...

Sometimes, He allows some lose ladies to start suggesting s*x with you, to know if you have grown...
But unfortunately, you still fall again ....
Yes, He will forgive....

But, you will still remain in the same class in the school of glory...
Decision separates men...
There is an OIL that comes with separation...

The weight of a man is buried in the decisions he makes when no one is watching him ...
Many times, God allows you to be lonely so that you can be holy...
Forget this public revival messages all of us are preaching...
Many are still behind in the school of glory...

Not because they chose to, but because they still don't want to pay the price of separation...

If it takes a man to be married to be responsible, we will not have many married irresponsible men scattered all over the place who are renting houses for their girlfriends, while their wives are still at home....

When a man is due for marriage, he should get married...
But don't tell me to get married because you want me to escape fornication...
Marriage is not an escape route into a responsible life...

What you cannot control when you are single has the power to control you even when you are married ...
No matter how beautiful your wife will be, you will still see other beautiful ladies....

Teach me how to die to flesh sir...

Teach me that I can live alone in a house alone and yet, I will not think rubbish thoughts...

Joseph was not married before he ran away naked from Portiphar's wife bedroom ...
It was not a marital ring on his finger that made him refuse that gesture....
But because he knew the future God has planned for Him will be messed up by a single decision....

God wants to raise a generation of young boys and girls that will love God where no one is seeing them ...

God wants to raise a breed that doesn't appear holy only when they see their parents or their pastors...

This holiness by dressing is sending people from choir seats to hell fire...
They are dying in secret sins, yet, they have none to cry to, because, once they confess, they will be stigmatized...

Consequently, we are raising a generation that is speaking in tongues on their way to hell...

Sister, singing in choir doesn't confer value on men before God, but decision...

Stop attaching your spiritual growth on night vigils where you go and flog enemies ...
God is waiting for you when no one is there...
If you can succeed there, you will be a commander of the supernatural...

The greatest tool against the end time church is the adulteration of the message of grace...

They teach you that God will forgive...
But they will not teach you that God will not promote you to another class...

No matter how you love your child, you will not give him your car key to use when you know he has not perfected his driving...

As long as that child is finding it hard to drive perfectly, he will keep trekking to school...

There is someone reading this posts now, heaven is saying that you are due for manifestation, but you have not made a decision yet...

You are still afraid of hunger....
You don't want to starve....
You are ashamed of what people will say when you stop sleeping with men for money to pay bills...

They have even told you that there is no young person like you that doesn't have s*xual partners...

That human beings were wired by God to fall and rise again...
Several times, you have made moves to delete all those phone numbers that connect you to your vomits...
But you have been afraid of the days of loneliness...

You don't want to miss those cuddles...
You don't know if you can ever look into his eyes and tell him: "No more s*x"...
Even if he accepts, you are afraid that you might never cope...

Sister, don't let weekend or***ms rob you of eternal value...
Your enemy is no more that witch in the village....

But any man that is making you comfortable in a place of rebellion with God ...
Don't be in church singing in the choir and God will go to the nearest hotel and catch a pr******te, wash her, clean her and fill her with His power...

I know you have been trying to make amends ...
You have answered altar calls several times, yet, you still fall back, even more deeper ...

Some of us were there not too long ago...
Singing in choir, leading in powerful prayer sections, yet, battling with addictions...
Worse of all we were afraid to tell anyone...
Because, people around would never have understood how much we were trying to be better ...
We bought different anointing oil, from different men of God, yet, we were not free...
We even afflicted ourselves with fastings...
Yet, nothing changed ...
Until we encountered the Word of God.....
When Jesus said that " We are made clean by the Words that I speak unto you..."
We began to read and study the Bible...
Like Job, we began to esteem God's Word above our necessary food...
Gradually, addictions began to lose its grip...
God began to change our appetites...
Until today, the darkness is past, the true Light now shineth ...
Brother, I want to recommend you to the Word of God....
The Word of God will settle that lust issue...
Don't go and rush into marriage if you are not ready, because you want to avoid temptation...
The spirit of lust does not respect wedding ring...
Especially now that our sisters who are still in Babylon even prefer having it with married men ...

There are still single guys who are serving God in spirit and in truth...
5 chapters of the bible every day and 1 hour prayers or more...
You will see that your mind will stop going to those thoughts ...
Jesus did not say it is easy...
But He said that with God all things are possible ...

Your heart is beating faster now as you are reading this...
You are wondering if you will ever get free from the things you are struggling with...

Friend, that God that did it for us, He will show up on your case...
Receive grace to feast on the Word from now....
In Jesus Name...please teach the young ones in your church and God bless you.
There is no obligation to share. No whips or curses if you don't share. But we both know that when you share this, it goes a long way to help someone.

*GUIDING RULES FOR MEN OF GOD*
1. Never have a close spiritual daughter.
2. Never get emotionally attached to any woman or female member of the Church.
3. Never post pictures of your spiritual daughter on facebook or any social media no matter how supportive she is to you.
4. Always bear in mind that the lady who cheaply offer herself to you will cheaply fight you tomorrow.
5. Never take advantage of any sheep (lady) who calls you "My pastor", "Daddy", or "My daddy". Please I beg you, don't let anyone "daddy" you to hell!
6. Never give financial assistance to any lady without the consent of your wife or any 3rd party.
7. Never pray for ladies in lonely places. Ensure people are around.
8. Never allow your heart to lust after any lady.
9. Don't eat from ladies who consistently give you cooked food in the name of "he is my pastor". Remember, food is another way to a man's heart.
10. Preach against s*xual immorality and be a doer of what you preach too.
11. Rebuke indecent dressing around and within you and the church.
12. If any lady is giving you signs for s*x, openly rebuke her.
13. Never start any dirty and naughty discussion with any lady.
14. If you are married, don't hide any secret from your wife.
15. If you are married make your wife your best friend and "flaunt" her anywhere "any how."
16. If you are married, direct female members to your wife for counseling if the case is sensitive.
17. Always talk about your wife. It chases bad girls who want you away.
18. Profess your love to your wife anywhere.
19. If any lady begins to come close to you, kindly report to your wife with name, phone number and her details.
20. Be nice to female members, but you must be strict and disciplined when you notice any bad move.
21. Be conscious that gift, in cash or kind, from any woman can be inimical to your spiritual life. Be careful.
22. Employing woman as secretary or personal assistant is an easy trap for your soul.
23. Holding or shaking a woman's hand, no matter the age difference, can lead to what you never planned.
24. Never believe you are above falling into temptation. 1 Cor. 10:12.

THEME: NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST I.

MEMORISE:

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

READ: Romans 7:18-25

18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.

20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.

22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

MESSAGE:

Speaking about a new creature is an indication that there was an old one. A new life in Christ, however, is the new way of thinking and doing things in accordance with the word of God. Galatians 2:20 says:

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

This simply means that when a person accepts Jesus as his or her Lord and Savior, such a person automatically becomes dead to the old life. Every link with the old life is cut off. The old password simply refuses to work because the username has changed. This marks the end of the old life and the beginning of the new one in Jesus, as seen in today’s memory verse (2 Corinthians 5:17).

At this point everything about the life we lived before we met Jesus ceases. Every new creature in Christ submits to His lordship. From the point of rebirth, we begin to hunger for righteousness by pursuing purity, honesty, justice, love, humility, and service to humanity; we take on a new focus. The Bible makes it clear that becoming a Christian is more than adopting a new philosophy of life. It starts from a new mind- you immediately begin to think differently from the old ways to such an extent that your new behavior may seem strange, even to you.

Out of the blue, you suddenly have new standards, you begin to measure everything you do in line with the word of God. This new life in Christ comes with the assurance of abundant life- here on earth and even in heaven. You have the assurance of answered prayers, confidence in His love and mercy. As you read His word, your faith grows and intensifies to the point where you know that He will never leave nor forsake you.

God is faithful and dependable; as a new creature in Jesus Christ, you can count on Him. Ignore the devil whenever he comes to remind you of your past. The Bible describes him as the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10). Respond boldly by reminding him that old things are passed away and you are now a new creature in Christ.

PRAYER POINT:

Father, as a new creature in Christ, please help me to always live according to Your word, in Jesus’ name.

THEME: MATERIAL PROSPERITY IS UNRELIABLE.

MEMORISE:
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Mark 8:36

READ: Revelation 3:14-19.

14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

MESSAGE:
Many times in the Scripture, Jesus warns believers against the lust of the world. As Christians, we are enjoined to set our affections on heavenly things so that we would not be drawn into covetousness. Our memory verse today poses a great question that every believer must reflect on.

Beloved, whet is your spiritual state today? In today’s Bible reading, our Lord accused the Church in Laodicea of being lukewarm; they were neither hot nor cold. What could have been responsible for this? They had been carried away by their material prosperity. Unfortunately, the Church today is just like the one in Laodicea; services have now become jamborees and we have ministers who are not genuine. Jesus described the Church in revelation 3:17 as “…. wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:” This tells us one thing: if not properly managed, material prosperity could be very dangerous.

It may be easier for a person to fast when he barely has something to eat, than when his or her kitchen is loaded with all sorts of food. I remember many years ago when my meal was one finger of plantain per day. In those days if I dared eat two in a day, I would have to fast the following day. It takes the grace of God and strong determination to fast when your storehouse is full of assorted food. In the same vein, it may not take a long time for a woman to dress up for Church service on Sunday morning when all she has is just two pairs of shoes. However, when she has to choose matching shoes among many pairs, she may end up struggling to get to church on time. If King Solomon could ask God to take away the vanity of riches from him, how much more should we (Proverbs 30:7-9).

God called on Adam after he had sold himself to Satan and the three main temptations in history- the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. He responded by saying he was hiding because he realized that he was naked. He was right: riches without God is spiritual nakedness. Beloved, don’t be deceived. Only Jesus Christ can satisfy; nothing else can- not even the possession of the whole world.

PRAYER POINT:
Father, please set me on fire for You so that I may remain hot even until Your second coming.

I never knew ALL THIS wow!

HOW THE APOSTLES DIED.

1. Matthew
Suffered martyrdom in Ethiopia, Killed by a sword wound.

2. Mark
Died in Alexandria, Egypt , after being dragged by Horses through the streets until he was dead.

3. Luke
Was hanged in Greece as a result of his tremendous Preaching to the lost.

4. John
Faced martyrdom when he was boiled in huge Basin of boiling oil during a wave of persecution In Rome. However, he was miraculously delivered From death.
John was then sentenced to the mines on the prison Island of Patmos. He wrote his prophetic Book of Revelation on Patmos . The apostle John was later freed and returned to serve As Bishop of Edessa in modern Turkey . He died as an old man, the only apostle to die peacefully

5. Peter
He was crucified upside down on an x-shaped cross.
According to church tradition it was because he told his tormentors that he felt unworthy to die In the same way that Jesus Christ had died.

6. James
The leader of the church in Jerusalem , was thrown over a hundred feet down from the southeast pinnacle of the Temple when he refused to deny his faith in Christ. When they discovered that he survived the fall, his
enemies beat James to death with a fuller's club.
* This was the same pinnacle where Satan had taken Jesus during the Temptation.

7. James the Son of Zebedee,
was a fisherman by trade when Jesus Called him to a lifetime of ministry. As a strong leader of the church, James was beheaded at Jerusalem. The Roman officer who guarded James watched amazed as James defended his faith at his trial. Later, the officer Walked beside James to the place of ex*****on. Overcome by conviction, he declared his new faith to the judge and Knelt beside James to accept beheading as a Christian.

8. Bartholomew
Also known as Nathaniel Was a missionary to Asia. He witnessed for our Lord in present day Turkey. Bartholomew was martyred for his preaching in Armenia where he was flayed to death by a whip.

9. Andrew
Was crucified on an x-shaped cross in Patras, Greece. After being whipped severely by seven soldiers they tied his body to the cross with cords to prolong his agony. His followers reported that, when he was led toward the cross, Andrew saluted it in these words: 'I have long desired and expected this happy hour. The cross has been consecrated by the body of Christ hanging on it.' He continued to preach to his tormentors For two days until he expired.

10. Thomas
Was stabbed with a spear in India during one of his missionary trips to establish the church in the Sub-continent.

11. Jude
Was killed with arrows when he refused to deny his faith in Christ.

12. Matthias
The apostle chosen to replace the traitor Judas Iscariot, was stoned and then beheaded.

13. Paul
Was tortured and then beheaded by the evil Emperor Nero at Rome in A.D. 67. Paul endured a lengthy imprisonment, which allowed him to write his many
epistles to the churches he had formed throughout the Roman Empire. These letters, which taught many of the foundational Doctrines of Christianity, form a large portion of the New Testament.

Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor compared to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the apostles and disciples during their times For the sake of the Faith. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: But he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
Pass on to encourage other Christians
Why Do we feel sleepy in Prayer,
But stay awake through a 3 hour movie?
Why are we so bored when we look at the HOLY BOOK,
But find it easy to read other books?
Why is it so easy to ignore a msg about God,
Yet we forward the nasty ones?
Why are Prayers getting smaller,
But bars and clubs are expanding
Why is it so easy to worship a celebrity,
But very difficult to engage with God?
Think about it, are you going to forward this?
Are you going to ignore it, cause you think you will get laughed at?
Forward this to all your friends.
80% of you won't forward this.
God said: If you deny me in front of your friends, I will deny you on the day of judgment:
