Position: Social Media & Brand Strategist
Our organization is seeking to engage a highly skilled and experienced Social Media & Brand Strategist who can professionally manage our digital presence, strengthen our brand positioning, and contribute to the overall visibility and growth of the company.
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management and brand strategy.
• Demonstrated history of managing corporate or client social media pages applicants must provide links to pages previously handled.
• Strong understanding of brand identity development, audience engagement, and strategic content planning.
• Excellent competence in:
• Social media content creation
• Video and photo coverage
• Basic editing for videos and images
• Brand storytelling & content structuring
• Ability to conduct effective research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable digital strategies.
• Must be proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of content analytics and how to optimize for visibility and engagement.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and implement monthly social media/content calendars.
• Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and brand growth opportunities.
• Carry out video and photo coverage during company activities and events.
• Create strategic content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
• Monitor analytics and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive and compelling brand image across all platforms.
• Identify opportunities for improved visibility, digital positioning, and brand differentiation.
