How do you grow from 1 follower(1 person seeing your market)

To 100 person's seeing your market? That's 100 followers?

Then to a thousand? Then to 10k? What strategy, do you put in place?

If people don't see what you're doing, no one buys. Now, I'll give you a strategy to increase your following.

Number one way, is through referrals.

Upto 15% of those who view my status today came in through referrals.

How do you keep these guys engaged that they want to come back, to buy from you?

How do you ensure people refer their friends and loved ones?

You will grow using referrals but it may not be very fast. Though it is very authentic.

For example, this person comes into your DM, purchases your product.

Then you go... "Thank you so much for patronizing xyz brand. We sincerely appreciate you."

Don't forget to refer xyz brand to your friends and family.

You can go ahead, to say(As a data vendor)

"XYZ brand offers ₦50 or ₦100 for everyone you refer to us. Thank you so much.

We hope to see you soon."

If you sell other kinds of product, you can say there'd be a 5% discount on your next purchase, or however you want to do it.

Note, when they've referred these people to you, it would be your duty to keep them.

How do you do that too?

Meanwhile, referrals are just one way of bringing more eye's to your business.
