The strength of any organization is directly tied to how well its leaders communicate the vision.
Not everyone will move at the same pace or immediately connect with where you are going. That is just the reality of leading people.
But before a leader points at the team, the mirror deserves a longer look.
The best teams are not built by finding perfect people but by leaders who are intentional enough to bring people along with their vision.
