Dear Valued Customer,

As per directives from NCC (Nigerian Communications Commission) MTN Nigeria has imposed time restriction for local promotional SMS termination, local promotional messages are restricted between 8PM to 8AM Nigeria Time(GMT+1).

In order to comply with above regulations messages sent during mentioned window will be queued and submitted to operator for delivery after 8AM Nigeria time (GMT+1).

We understand that for a while now, successful delivery of SMS has been a challenge (due to various policies by the network providers). While there are very little we can do to change the policies, we have been able to find our way around it.

So, we are happy to inform you of the following recent development:

1. We now have a new route that ensures instant delivery of SMS without sender ID registration. However, if you've ever submitted sender IDs for registration, but want to send SMS with an unregistered sender ID, kindly inform us before you do so. Our price still remain 1.95 per unit.

2. We have transactional/financial route for organizations that want to use our API on their platform for financial messages or OTP. This delivers to all numbers including DND numbers, as long as you meet the requirements. To get financial route, kindly send us an email and we will get back to you with the required documents to fill and sign. It cost 3 per SMS page.
