Soludo Honoured As ACTDA Boss, Ossy Onuko Organizes A Spectacular Mega Support Rally In Awka.

It was indeed an ecstatic and momentous display of great love and appreciation for the excellent performance and approval for continuity for the Anambra State Governor as thousands of enthusiastic Anambra Central Solution Ambassadors stormed the Awka Capital Territory yesterday, 28 October 2023 in their numbers to vibrantly and publicly declare their undying support for Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo led administration.
The event, which was a brainchild of the MD/CEO Awka Capital Territory Development Authoriy ACTDA, to served as a platform for members of the team from the seven local governments that make up Anambra Central Senatorial zone who decided to unanimously and practically continually encourage and promote the good works of Prof. Chukwuma Soludo was held at Ndi Ichie hall, Umudioka in Awka South local government area of Anambra State.
Governor Soludo who was represented by his Deputy, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim while congratulating the team of organizers reassured the governor's commitment to youth empowerment, noting the government intentions of opening up the State Capital to ease traffics, make accomodations affordable and improve the overall economic condition of the state.
While highlighting some of the achievements the present administration has recorded especially in the areas of road constructions, health, education, security, environment and agriculture among others. Governor Soludo insist that his government will continue to sustain his multi-sectoral infrastructural drive in Awka Capital Territory to accord it facelift deservedly of a State Capital noting that he will leave no stone unturned in getting more achieved as he maintained that he will continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to Ndi Anambra in order to build a liveable, Prosperous and smart and secured homeland.
He affirmed that Anambra State under Soludo's watch is viable and fiscally healthy despite challenges and emphasized that with little or nothing, Anambra is gradually becoming to Nigeria what California is to the economy of United States Of America, with least unemployment ratio and least mortality rate as published by UNICEF.
Dr. Ibezim however urged the Soludo Ambassadors to emulate Prof. Soludo's civilized personality by always conducting themselves in a manner that reflect the ideals and principles of Governor Soludo's image and reputations.
Also speaking, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters, Mr. Alex Obiogbolu who commended the solution team for the successful event, urged Ndi Anambra and other residents of the state to double their efforts and support for the current administration to succeed in the delivery of the solution agenda, noting the Governor's good intentions for every Onye Anambra.
Earlier, Convener, Founder and Leader of Soludo Ambassadors, who also doubles as the MD/CEO Awka Capital Territory Development Authoriy - ACTDA, Hon. Osita David Onuko expressed his gratitude to governor Soludo for his unprecedented visit. He thanked the Governor for his outstanding contributions to the Awka South people and affirmed stand with the governor, declaring Awka South as a Solution stronghold and assured of their continous unalloyed support for the governor in the upcoming Anambra Gubernatorial election.
He pointed out that the group was birthed as a fusion of believe, ideology and the collective aspiration of the people to support the present administration noting their structure is an amalgamation of several political parties which includes the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Labour Party, the Young Progressive Party (YPP) and a host of other political parties who have unanimously resolved to propagate the good news of the great works of Governor Soludo to the world irrespective of their party affiliation.
He warned mischief makers bent on distracting the governor to desist forthwith in the interests of everyone.
Hon. Ossy further applauded the members for their unwavering support for the APGA-led Solution Governor, urged them to continue rallying behind Governor CC Soludo, CFR, as he carries out his exceptional work in Anambra State, and to remain steadfast and committed to the governor at all times and noted that the rally will hold in all the three senatorial zones of the state.
The National Coordinator of the Solution Team, Chief Obiorah Nwachukwu during his speech noted that the mega rally was to thank Governor Soludo for his numerous developmental strides and expressed deep appreciation to the Deputy Governor for gracing the occasion. He thanked government officials, Awka South stakeholders, members, Students and members of different youth bodies for their commitment in bolstering solution agenda grassroots influence in their various local governments. He also applauded them for large turnout and show of support.
Others who spoke during the event, including the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Soludo and Chief of Protocol, Mr. Chinedu Nwoye, National President of the Anambra State Association of Town Unions, Barr. Titus Akpudo, the Anambra Central Coordinator of the event, Prince Obinna Ndigwe, the ASATU Youth President, Comrade Ken Okoli, the Coordinator, Dunukofia Solution Ambassadors, Hon. Okechukwu Okafor and Coordinator Awka South Soludo Support Group, Prince Chinedu Okafor among others, all expressed their satisfaction with Governor Soludoh laudable achievements so far and urge the group members to be steadfast in their confession and support.
The Anambra Central Coordinator of the Soludo Support Group, Chief Obi Ochije, former Awka South transition Committee Chairman, Chief Leo Nwuba among others attended the rally.
Side attractions at the event includes special remarks, musical performance, cultural displays by different troupes and masquerades.
