Over the past five years, Agroxchange Technology Services Limited has evolved from a tech-driven agri-solutions startup into a recognized leader in agricultural innovation and digital transformation across Africa.

✅2020: We began with large scale farmer profiling and mapping , laying the foundation for inclusive, data-driven agriculture. Leveraging satellite data analytics , we evolved and soon enabled better agri-financing decisions , bridging the gap between farmers and financial institutions.

✅2022–2024 : Our focus expanded to support large-scale agricultural investors , helping them derisk investments and drive digital transformation through end-to-end data solutions that increased efficiency, profitability,transparency, and sustainability across value chains.

Along the way, we were honored with recognition on regional and global stages:

✅1st Runner-Up at the Africa Earth Observation Challenge (Kenya, 2022)
✅Finalist at the EWC Saudi Arabia (2023)
✅2nd Runner-Up at the NIGCOMSAT Accelerator (2024)
✅NSIA Top 10 Prize for Innovation (2024)

✅2023–2025 : Based on lessons learnt up to 2023 and the agribusiness market outlook and projection,we focussed on cassava production as our route to market,while fully leveraging our precision agriculture culture.As a result,we pivoted to end-to-end upstream cassava production , and by 2025, achieved certification in cassava processing , marking a pivotal step toward sustainable agro-industrialization.

This year also saw us launch our raw cassava to Garri and High-Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF) Processing factory.Completing our end-to-end data driven approaches to enabling upstream production and farmer access,midstream feedstock access and downstream market access.

As we move forward, Agroxchange remains committed to transforming agriculture through entrepreneurship,technology, data, and innovation — empowering farmers, investors, and industries alike.

Honoured to be invited to the Presidential Villa for the Decarbonizing Infrastructure in Nigeria Summit 2025.

The inaugural summit, organized by the Office of the Vice President, was themed: “Unlocking Climate Finance for Sustainable Development.”

Adewale Adegoke, CEO of Agroxchange Technology Services Ltd, joined the panel discussion on “Strengthening Private Sector Involvement in Green Infrastructure” alongside leaders from Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Soilless Farm Lab, GCA and Solar Sisters

During the session, Adewale Adegoke emphasized three strategic priorities for unlocking green financing in Nigeria:

✅ State Readiness: Certifying states as investment-ready destinations to attract large-scale climate funding and minimize investor risk.

✅ Community of Practice: Establishing a national framework to ensure uniform standards for climate-related investments and foster collaboration between government, private sector, and local communities.

✅ Technology & Data: Leveraging data analytics and emerging tech tools to monitor emissions, enhance transparency, and ensure accountability for sustainable impact.

At Agroxchange Technology Services Limited, we deployed a comprehensive digital transformation for an oil palm industry, integrating geospatial data, remote sensing, and data-driven analysis to optimize operations and maximize yield.
Here’s how we did it:
Survey & Georeferencing: We started by digitizing and georeferencing the existing paper survey plans of the individual oil palm estate, thus creating digital GIS-enabled map layers.
Spatial Planning: Each oil palm estate was divided into manageable operational blocks to enhance spatial planning.
Satellite Imagery Acquisition: Using very high-resolution satellite imagery and machine learning, we captured land use classification and oil palm enumeration
Land Use Classification: By leveraging geospatial analysis, we identified the existing land use types, including plantation, swampy area, e.t.c. thus, enabling targeted oil palm enumeration
Oil Palm Enumeration: We conducted an oil palm tree count through advanced mapping and analytics, providing data on oil palm population and density for further potential yield forecasts.
Soil Mapping & Analysis: Finally, we implemented precision soil mapping to assess soil composition and fertility levels, enabling targeted soil management strategies for improved productivity.

For years, we’ve worked closely with farmers, helping them improve yields, reduce costs, and maximize profits

Last year, we had the opportunity to work on a large number of cassava farm, the aim was to improve their yield and maximize their profits but as we walked through the fields of the cassava farm, we couldn’t ignore one pressing challenge “What happens after the harvest?”

Many farmers face uncertainty when it’s time to sell. Prices fluctuate, middlemen take large cuts, and sometimes, surplus crops go to waste.

Cassava, one of Nigeria’s most important crops, holds immense potential not just as fresh tubers but as processed products that drive industries forward.
