Emtosi Technologies Limited is an ICT company registered with CAC with registration number: RC:1080262 to carry out the following business(es):
(a) To carry on and engage in the business of computer programming, system development, system networking and design, system architecture and engineering, software designing, development and hosting, computer aided designs, data compilation and statistical
analysis. (b) To carry on the business of traders, developers, assemblers, repairs, importers, exporters of software packages, computer systems, computer peripherals, computer parts, computer consumables and accessories and electronic communication systems, data publishing and processing systems and other industrial automation systems and gadgets. (c) To undertake the designing, development and hosting of websites and to carry on the business of internet content providers, setting, running and managing internet networks, advertising through network and production of other intellectual properties.
(d) To undertake all activities relating to electrification, CCTV systems and installation. (e) To carry on the business of manufacturing, trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods, commission agents, manufacturer's representatives, importers, exporters, general suppliers, general contractors and general merchants; to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles, substances, products, systems and appliances that will enable it realise its set objectives or that is commonly or usually bought, sold, manufactured or dealt in by persons carrying on any of the businesses having objects similar to that of the company. (f) To offer consultancy, advisory and all related services in all areas of information technology including but not limited to computer hardware and software, data communication and telecommunications. (g) To borrow or raise money in such manner as the company shall think fit and in particular by the issue of debentures or debenture stock (perpetual or otherwise) and to secure the repayment of any money borrowed or raised by mortgage charge or lien upon the whole or any part of the company's property or assets. (h) To do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
