MY BIG QUESTION ON THIS RESEARCH IS THIS?
Which country in Africa have becomed rich by receiving Charity?
The Kind of institutions that should not be neglected in Africa as the black continent demonized and poisoned with Low self esteem by having governments who constantly depend on aid from the World Bank, IMF, ETC.
THE fundamental source of Africa inability to engage to the rest of the world in a more productive relationship is because it has a poor institutional policy framework and that all form of intervention must need support rather than evolution of the kind of institutions that creates wealth.
ANDREW MWENDA of UGANDA on TED made it clear that;
Survey has it that there are only 40% of the population in Africa that are real successful entrepreneurs and that the other 60% are just IMITATORS ( I call these categories 'HUSTLERS').
the World Bank from 1992 - 2015 according to Economist has it that estimated $600billion have been given in to African nations like Nigeria, Uganda, Liberia, Somalia, etc.
