Now you may start filling you CIR data seamlessly. Please be careful while entering data in the form. Make sure you follow the below mandates:
• Given Name should your first name or given name
• Surname should either be your last name or family given name
• Your Given Name and Surname should match as per your CIR records
• Your Given Name and Surname cannot contain Initials of father/mother/spouse/guardian unless it is mentioned in you CIR Records
• You should be at least 16 years to get your CIR verified
• One phone number cannot be used to verify another number, unless mentioned in your CIR records
• CIR No will be the Unique Record Number of the above said Authorized Document you are submitting. Eg, In case of a Passport, your Passport Number will be your CIR Number
• Shareable link to your CIR Photocopy or an electronic version in any supporting format (such as .PDF, .JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, .DOCX) in your convenient storage service like Google Drive, OneDrive, or any safe medium
• It is advised to not use auto-fill to enter the form
• RebornX will never disclose this contact number in any place. Required for documenting purpose only
• To protect the privacy of the user data, we do not collect and store our users' CIR documents in our systems. Instead, we ask you to below mandates:
• If you wish to encrypt the link, please send us the decrypting key/hash/salt/private key to [email protected]. It is adviced to give the access of the link to [email protected] and destory the link once your CIR mandate is verified
• If you wish to revoke your submission, you may use the revoke option in the same page after submission
• By submitting your CIR documents you consent to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure as mentioned in our website
