Clintonel Innovation Centre (CIC) Aba invites you to Hardware Convention 2021 holding in Aba, 26-28th August 2021.

Hardware Convention is a national event that will bring together stakeholders (makers, makerspaces, fablabs, hardware startups/entrepreneurs, academia, investors, etc.) in the Nigerian hardware ecosystem to Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. Building a strong indigenous engineering capacity is essential to industrialisation, employment generation and economic development.

An engineering research team from 11 tertiary institutions is conducting a research to understand the Skills Gap in Nigeria and how to improve Nigerian Engineering Education. They're interviewing Engineering Professionals in different industries across Nigeria.

Our Work in Skill Up Abia is getting national attention!

Energy crisis in Nigeria seems to be getting worse daily. With a population of 200 million, Nigeria produces barely 4500 megawatt (mw) of energy.

Apply for Skill Up Abia (SUPA) 2019 – a project of Clintonel Innovation Centre (CIC) Aba to train and support unemployed young people in Abia State.
At the end of the training, trainees will be supported to secure or create employment.
Trainees will also have the opportunity to get International Certification/qualification and work in different parts of the world.
