LegalSuite Announces Cloud Solution.

LegalSuite has been providing desktop-based software to the legal industry for over 30 years and its tried and tested program is used by over 10 000 users to manage their legal practices on a daily basis.

Due to the comprehensive nature of the program, LegalSuite is only available as a desktop application. The COVID-19 pandemic, however, has emphasized the importance of having access to the program remotely and on a 24/7 basis. A number of LegalSuite's customers have solved this by moving their computer infrastructure and the LegalSuite program to remote data centres in the cloud, but many find the task too onerous and daunting to contemplate. To assist our clients in moving to the cloud, LegalSuite has partnered with a company called iTrinity who are specialists in this field and have extensive experience in cloud based solutions in general, and the requirements of LegalSuite, in particular.

Moving your hardware infrastructure (and the LegalSuite environment) to the cloud can now be done by LegalSuite approved experts and is virtually hassle-free. The procedure is done over a weekend or overnight to avoid any downtime. The transition is smooth and painless and, more importantly, the benefits are numerous.

By using a cloud infrastructure, you not only save money on hardware, upgrades and IT experts, but there is no maintenance for you to worry about - iTrinity takes care of that for you. They ensure your server is performing optimally at all times and also update and patch the operating system regularly to protect against viruses and malware. What's more, your data is also now securely stored in the cloud - there is no need to worry about backups anymore - the system automatically backs up the entire server on a regular basis so you can rest assured that in the event of a disaster such as fire, flood or theft, your most important asset is safe and secure.
With highly optimized servers running in the data centre and the prevalence of fibre-based internet, the access speed is as good as, and sometimes even better, than the performance of an in-house system.
