So Today we trained 2 IT technician, How to create and set up emails on their Outlook, we taught them, how to manage their mailbox whether on the server or on outlook & we taught them what to do when their outlook data file is corrupted etc..
I gave a presentation of how to automatically back up your outlook data file at the end of the program
