Vacancy:
Account Assistant (based in HQ, Shah Alam)
Job description:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office, experience in Accounting Software (advantage)
- Experience in dealing with bank and financing institution
- Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision
Responsibility:
- Collect sales data (daily basis) via online / cloud system
- Reconcile sales data and bank transaction
- Provide general administrative support, ensure proper filing of documents, mailing, copying, sorting
- Assist in accounting and data entry assistance
- Compile receipts and update cash flow
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
