Promo Date : *5 August 2026 - 31 December 2026*
Consumer MNP Rebate : RM120 (RM10 x 12 month, start on 2nd bill)
Applicable to all Ultra Postpaid Principle plan, includes Ultra Lite plan. (exclude shareline)
Q&A MNP rebate promo
1. If new mnp port in as ultra 45 , then within 12 months crp upgrade to other principal plan, still entitled for rebate rm 10?
2. If crp downgrade ? Mnp as ultra 68 then downgrade to ultra 45, Still entitled?
Ans: YES, so long as still within the ULTRA plan as a principal line , CRP up and down still eligible
3. If customer line suspended , after reactivate still entitled for rebate ?
Ans: as long as the line didnt terminated within the 12 rebate months, the rebate will still kick in once the lines reactivate back but the rebate during the lines bar/suspend months will be forfeited.
