Position: Customer Service & System Support

Gender: Female (Chinese Preferred)

Office Location:
RMBS Management Sdn Bhd, Taman Aman, Sungai Petani, Kedah

Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.00pm)
- Saturday (9.30am to 3:00pm)
- Sunday off

Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS and accounting software (IRS, QNE, SQL, AutoCount).
* Handle customer inquiries and provide product training or demonstrations when needed.
* Assist in software updates, data migration, and system maintenance tasks.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Hardworking and Good Attitude
- Have own transport (car) & valid driving license
