This month's team activity was all about discovering the world of specialty coffee!

We had an amazing time at Ghostbird Roastery, where we experienced a coffee cupping session and learned how professionals evaluate coffee through its aroma, flavour, acidity, body, and finish. It was fascinating to discover how beans from different origins can create such unique tasting experiences.

From fruity and floral notes to rich chocolatey flavours, everyone had their own favourite cup. It was a fun morning of learning, tasting, and sharing our thoughts.

To top it all off, each of us brought home 100g of specialty coffee beans to continue the experience at home.

Here's to trying new things together, learning beyond the workplace, and creating great memories—one cup at a time.

This month’s team activity took a creative turn — we picked up crocheting 🧶

Armed with zero experience but plenty of enthusiasm, we set out to make our very own pouches… and quickly realized it’s much harder than it looks 😅

After 3 hours of loops, knots, and a lot of “wait, how did you do that again?”, most of us are still a work in progress.

Safe to say, the real takeaway wasn’t the pouch (yet), but the laughs, patience, and appreciation for the craft. Homework has officially been assigned — let’s see who actually finishes theirs at home 👀
