Job Description

• Maintain contact with clients throughout the day.

• Collaborate with the operations team to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of clients.

• Act as a communication liaison and answer incoming phone calls and texts from clients.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to reduce the stress that comes with last-minute schedule changes.

• Monitor any sudden route changes road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.

• Monitor and effectively coordinate manpower needed for efficient delivery on a day-to-day basis.

• Perform and newly developing partner management activities.

• Communicate and coordinate with the Penang operations team as necessary.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients all the time.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Above

• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

• Flexible to take shift hours as a team to cover restaurant operating hours.

• Possess good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Good Sense of People Management and able to work under pressure

Job Description

• Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of command center activities, duty rostering, client onboarding, and escalation management.

• Monitor Command Center activities and respond according to the defined SLA rules via the online Command Center Application

• Provide On-Time Phone support queries based on client activities monitored via online Command Center Application.

• Experience in meeting with clients to provide operational feedback and reports.

• Working closely with Sales and Marketing team for support and customer liaison when necessary

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in managing a command center or call center teams providing management and operational support to customer queries.

• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in using Web-Based Applications or call center software is a must.

• Possess good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

To support the company’s growth plan, we have vacancies for Command Center Executive (successor of call center executive)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• To manage Transportation KPI via monitoring of System dashboard and analytics.
• Timely communication with the transport division and clients if there are potential delays or alerts.
• To be able to generate reports timely either via automated analytics reports or incident reports.
• Identifying and escalating priority issues, and reporting to the higher management.
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the System Dashboard
• Recording and evaluating details of comments, inquiries, and clarifications
• Other related and relevant duties as assigned.
