Job Description
• Maintain contact with clients throughout the day.
• Collaborate with the operations team to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of clients.
• Act as a communication liaison and answer incoming phone calls and texts from clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to reduce the stress that comes with last-minute schedule changes.
• Monitor any sudden route changes road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.
• Monitor and effectively coordinate manpower needed for efficient delivery on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform and newly developing partner management activities.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Penang operations team as necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients all the time.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma or Above
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Flexible to take shift hours as a team to cover restaurant operating hours.
• Possess good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good Sense of People Management and able to work under pressure
• Results-oriented, dynamic, creative, and self-driven.
• Time Management skills and good judgment in prioritizing deliverables.
