The event marked the official launch of the Talent Focus Group (TFG) by InvestPenang, a strategic government-industry initiative dedicated to strengthening Penang's talent ecosystem and supporting the state's continued economic growth in an increasingly AI-driven environment.

As one of the appointed TFG members, Ms. Janniece Loh joins fellow industry leaders and HR professionals in contributing insights and recommendations on talent development, attraction, and retention strategies for Penang.
