**5 YEARS WARRANTY — BUT CAN YOU REALLY CLAIM? 🤔**
As an IT solution provider, we always try to recommend reliable products to our customers.
Unfortunately, we have faced several cases where products developed problems, but warranty claims became difficult.
Sometimes, the manufacturer may reject the claim by saying the connector pins are rusted or corroded.
We understand that warranty claims have terms and conditions. However, we also believe that manufacturers should investigate product failures fairly and provide clear technical explanations.
**A 5-year warranty means very little if customers cannot get proper support when something goes wrong.**
For us, selling a product is not the end of our responsibility. We still need to face our customers when problems happen.
After experiencing several similar cases, we will be more careful about recommending this brand in future.
