In Ethiopia, China Comservice undertook the “310 project” commissioned by the Ministry of Education of the country, to build a private cloud-based education platform for 300 local secondary schools and 10 universities and colleges. This was an EPC project covering survey, design, international logistics, training, and after-sales maintenance. With its digital expertise, China Comservice has helped introduce quality educational resources to classes in Africa by digitizing these resources and uploading them to the cloud platform. In this way, the students in Ethiopia can benefit from the cutting-edge outcomes of education digitalization. 沙特公司签约沙特TAWAL铁塔亿元级EPC总承包项目

沙特公司近日与沙特最大通信铁塔运营商TAWAL签署亿元级铁塔EPC总承包项目合同，提供从站点规划、用地许可到铁塔安装、土建及电源系统的全链条解决方案。
TAWAL由沙特公共投资基金（PIF）控股，是沙特"2030愿景"数字化转型的核心支撑企业。双方自2019年起建立合作，沙特公司凭借技术实力与优质履约，从首批准入承包商逐步成长为总承包合作伙伴。
公司深耕中东二十余年，拥有1400余人的本地化专业团队，具备通信基础设施全产业链EPC总承包能力。此次签约将为双方年度框架合作及批量站点建设打开新空间，持续助力沙特数字基础设施建设和"一带一路"合作。

China Comservice Saudi Company has recently signed a hundred-million-yuan EPC lump-sum contract with TAWAL, Saudi Arabia's largest telecom tower operator, delivering a full-chain solution spanning site planning, land permitting, tower installation, civil works, and power systems.
TAWAL, majority-owned by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF), is a core enabler of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 digital transformation. The partnership began in 2019, when China Comservice became one of TAWAL's first approved contractors. Through proven technical strength and quality project delivery, the company has steadily advanced to become a prime EPC partner.
With over two decades of presence in the Middle East and a local professional team of more than 1,400, China Comservice offers integrated EPC capabilities across the entire telecom infrastructure value chain. This contract opens new avenues for annual framework cooperation and batch site construction, further supporting Saudi Arabia's digital infrastructure development and Belt and Road cooperation.
The project will significantly enhance telecom network coverage across urban and rural Saudi Arabia, providing residents in remote areas with more stable and high-speed communication services and substantially improving their daily lives. At the same time, it will generate substantial local employment, cultivate technical talent in the communications infrastructure sector for Saudi Arabia, and advance the localization of the industrial chain. In Algeria, China Comservice has been deeply involved in the national wireless network upgrade project initiated by the two leading operators OTA (Djezzy) and ATM (Mobilis). The Company set up three project departments respectively in Algiers, Annaba and Oran, and deployed over 60 professional construction teams responsible for the installation of 4G and 5G wireless sites, equipment integration, and delivery assurance. China Comservice aides Serbia in building the country’s 112 system, which is a unified and comprehensive national emergency command hub. The system integrates four key modules: emergency command & control, integrated communication, video conferencing, and cloud-based data center, enabling multi-departmental coordination and decision-making across police, fire, and medical services. Upon completion, the project can support up to 300 concurrent dispatch users and process 5.2 million emergency requests annually. With nationwide coverage, this emergency system will significantly reduce response time, and enhance Serbia’s emergency response capabilities, providing robust protection for public lives and property.

China Comservice has undertaken the management of the China-Aided High-Speed Information Network and Digital Silk Road Project in Laos. The project includes the construction of a national data center, a private network and a digital collaboration platform for government services, and the expansion of the international gateway. Once completed, the project will improve local network coverage, facilitate public access to information and online services, and drive digital transformation in education, healthcare and other public sectors. Furthermore, it will enhance the information development level of Laos, supporting its transition from a landlocked to a land-linked country, and promoting the integration of digital industrial ecosystems between China, Laos and ASEAN.

China Comservice Participates in the ALC Construction and Builds a Digital Infrastructure Benchmark for the “Belt & Road” Initiative
中国通服参建的亚洲快链（简称ALC）国际海缆，线路总长约6200公里，连接中国香港、海南省、新加坡、菲律宾、越南、文莱、马来西亚等多个国家和地区，总设计容量预计超325Tb/s，投产后将成为中国香港-新加坡方向容量最高的国际海缆，可满足云计算、AI大模型等新兴业务对大带宽、低时延传输的需求，也可为沿线各国民众带来更高速的网络连接与更便捷的通信服务。
China Comservice has participated in the construction of the Asia Link Cable (ALC), which is approximately 6,200 kilometers in length and will connect several countries and regions, including Hong Kong and Hainan of China, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and Malaysia. With a total capacity designed to be over 325Tb/s, this international submarine cable will become the one with the highest capacity on the Hong Kong-Singapore route after it is put into operation. It will satisfy the demands of cloud computing, AI large models and other emerging services for high-bandwidth and low-latency transmission, and bring higher-speed network connection and more convenient communication services to people in the countries along the route.
