Job Description:
• Level 1 support for any IT related systems (Network switch, Server, Computer, workstation, CCTV, Photocopier machine and etc.)
• Troubleshooting and managing simple software, hardware or network relates issues.
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Provide support to the existing customer
• Preparing document for the project (Technical Proposal, User Acceptance Test (UAT), Final Document and any etc.)
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in information technology (IT) or a related field.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role. But fresh graduate are welcome
• Certified in CCNA or equivalent would be an added advantage.
• At least have knowledge and with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
• Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
• Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
• Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
