The MOA signing was officiated by Mr. Mohammad Hafizuddin Zakaraya, Principal Officer of Selgem Sdn. Bhd., and Mr. Hisaya Fujii, Managing Executive Officer of PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD., underscoring the mutual commitment to harness technical expertise, global innovation, and strategic experience in building a sustainable and competitive development ecosystem.
The three-day engagement showcased a carefully structured program that reflected the shared vision of both parties. The first day was highlighted by the formal signing ceremony, followed by onsite flying testing on the second day. The program culminated on the third day with a Joint Presidential Meeting, which brought together Acting Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of Kumpulan Semesta Sdn. Bhd., Mr. Mohd Bazli bin Kamin, and Representative Director, President and Executive Officer of PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD., Mr. Osamu Omoto, to deliberate on long-term strategic directions and collaborative opportunities.
