Ever needed 3 reports just to know one answer?

Spreadsheet didn’t fail manufacturing. Manufacturing outgrew Spreadsheet.

Spreadsheets are brilliant tools ✅
They’re quick, flexible, and familiar.

But once a factory grows 📈
🔹 More products
🔹 More transactions
🔹 More people touching the data

Spreadsheets quietly become a bottleneck.

The problem doesn’t show up as an error message ❌
It shows up as 👉 last-minute panic, missing stock, and “we’ll check later”.

Spreadsheets still has its place.
Just not everywhere.

(And yes — many factories are still running on Microsoft Excel today.)

If you are from a MANUFACTURING company, does this look familiar??

Can a ERP Software detect theft?
------------------------------------

YES indeed. One of our clients have been using our ERP for manufacturers and have relied on the system to purchase the required raw materials.

But, despite following the system's recommendations, their production still reports not enough raw material. Then, after checking the system for 1) the formula (BOM) for the finished goods, and 2) the purchases vs consumption (Inventory), they notice that system should be accurate!!

So, what gives? Finally, they resorted to checking their CCTVs and found out that their staffs have been stealing their raw materials through the back door.

Read this....
More often than not, this is also very common in our interactions with customer / potential customers.

That is, just because we commit to getting it done within xx days, doesn't mean that we didn't spend years in getting our software to a position that things are quicker for us to settle the requirement. 😩😩😕

Also the other way around, sometimes a simple result requires us to do a week's worth of changes, and customer claims that it's supposed to be simple, why take so long?? LOL 😅
