Company Description
Percetakan Blue Hawk is a print design studio based at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. Since its founding as a printing press in 1982, Blue Hawk has grown into a small independent print design agency. We specialise in crafting unique editorial design and packaging solutions for businesses.

Role Description
This is an internship role for a Graphic/Print Designer at Percetakan Blue Hawk. The candidate will be involved in working primarily on editorial layout design projects, preparing offset print layouts, typography, color correction and editing images. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite especially Indesign & Illustrator
Typography and grids proficiency
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Pursuing or completed a degree in Graphic Design or related field

Kruhm's Ice Cream Cookies - Crunchy Trails

This concept piece simply pays homage to the original Klondike Bar. I conducted extensive research, including market trend analysis to uncover the brand’s unique name. From my findings I settled on a core concept: “cccrruummpp”, that delicious crunching and chewing when we bite into a cookie. That was what my job was. To capture the experience of eating Kruhm with colour, lines, shapes, textures, photography. Then melding it all into a brand design that becomes irresistible to their customers! I used an eye-catching colour palette inspired by natural ingredients – the crimson of hazelnuts, the blue of berries, the green of mint.

JEJUMA story began when tragically life ended for our beloved pug ‘Ceaser’. This 5 year old taught the meaning of unconditional love for owners Kasu, Saro, Memen and Thava. Over time, these siblings found an opportunity to create their own yogurt alternative and thus JEJUMA was born. This product redefined the pet food industry providing digestive care and skin cover exclusively only for pugs. JEJUMA; pug-tastically tasty.

Blue Hawk designed food packaging on the idea of pun flavoured frozen fruit yogurt based on pug colours fawn, apricot and black. What a funny little peach - 'Fawny Peach'
